His extensive academic achievements include a master\u2019s in Public Health and an MD degree. He is experienced in designing, planning, and implementing community engagement and health interventions from his role as a Social and Behaviour Change Officer with United Nations Children Fund in Afghanistan. Previously a Community Outreach Worker at Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities, Farid has first-hand experience in working with and understanding the needs of the Scarborough population, mapping and engaging with key stakeholders, and developing and implementing community outreach plans.<\/p>\n<p>He is passionate about working with internal and external stakeholders to engage with SOHT populations to ensure that services and health system redesign will both capture and incorporate the voices, experiences, and values of Scarborough residents a into a robust, co-design engagement framework.
