La clinique offre des services de soins urgents \u00e0 faible acuit\u00e9 pour les adultes et les enfants (\u00e2g\u00e9s de trois mois ou plus). En collaboration avec l&#8217;Ontario Medical Association (OMA), l&#8217;\u00e9quipe du projet s&#8217;efforcera d&#8217;identifier tous les sp\u00e9cialistes et les fournisseurs de soins primaires de Scarborough qui pourraient \u00eatre int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par l&#8217;int\u00e9gration des recommandations \u00e9lectroniques par le biais de deux outils, Ocean et EpicCare Link.<\/p><p>Si vous \u00eates un fournisseur install\u00e9 sur les DME TELUS PS Suite, Accuro ou Oscar Pro, vous pouvez utiliser les outils suivants\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oceanereferralnetwork.ca\/who-accepts-ereferrals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ocean eReferral<\/a>\u00a0qui vous permet de lancer des renvois directement \u00e0 partir du dossier du patient dans votre DME vers des destinations d\u00e9j\u00e0 disponibles dans le r\u00e9seau Ocean eReferral. Si vous \u00eates un sp\u00e9cialiste de l&#8217;un de ces trois DME, vous pouvez \u00e9galement recevoir des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences dans Ocean et les importer \u00e9lectroniquement dans votre DME. Ocean eReferral est en service depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es dans la province, mais il est nouveau pour l&#8217;\u00c9SO Centre-Est et Scarborough.
